DC Studio Pvt. Ltd. - Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Orders may be cancelled only before the cleaning process has started.
2. Once processing has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
3. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Charges for services already completed or partially completed are non-refundable.
5. If DC Studio Pvt. Ltd. is unable to provide the requested service, the customer will receive a full refund.
