- 1. All garments and items are subject to inspection before processing.
- 2. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the service selected and operational conditions.
- 3. Customers are requested to inspect their garments/items at the time of delivery. Any concerns should be reported within 24 hours.
- 4. DC Studio Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for damage resulting from fabric defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, weak stitching, embellishment damage, or other pre-existing conditions.
- 5. Full payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- 6. Prices, offers, and services may change without prior notice.
- 7. Unclaimed garments may attract storage charges after 30 days. Garments unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of as per company policy.
- 8. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
